We are blessed and delighted to accept an invitation to Johannesburg and Tofo, Mozambique! In Johannesburg, we will hold an Intensive Training from 7th till 11th of April and a workshop in Soweto at 15th. In Tofo we will work with local school teachers, who are interested in embedding meditation, yoga and awareness into the daily routine of their students.
